Help with lifting techniques (previously inflicted my self with lower back pain whilst lifting heavy objects)?

To get stronger would take regular workouts either in a gym or with weights at home. As for lifting it seems that the weights you are lifting should really be lifted by two people as being bulky it is difficult for one person to lift safely unlike weights used in a gym which are heavy but not bulky awkward shapes. But generally in lifting you need to keep your back straight and lift as much as possible with your legs so you squat down and keep the weight close to your body in fact pressed right against it and keeping your back straight slowly stand up , then if you need to turn while holding the weight turn your feet in the required direction , do not swivel at your waist.

What could they arrest me for?

they could take you home, if the even do anything, if she says you ran away or were kidnapped or somthing to make them do somthing she might be the one who gets in trouble. all in all she sounds like a nightmare and i dont blame you for rebelling, i doubt you could be arrested for sneaking away to a class trip since its not the same as sneaking out after curfew or whatever. good luck.

Just very angry need help?

i am very upset and i want to inflict damage on my body. i want to cut myself i used to cut myself but i never made myself bleed. i want to do it now cuz im just so angry i feel like swallowing a ton of pills and just going to sleep

I'd say character 2 is worse. The first character is just the typical loser who won't admit to being a loser because she doesn't want to be sad, but the second character honestly knows that what she is doing is wrong, but betrays people in a horrible way.

How do i wake myself up in the mornings?

I will have to wake up at half six in the morning but how do i wake myself up seen as i don't have an alarm clock,any herbal remedies???????

2007 Dodge Nitro - Why does my clock reset when I turn my ignition off?

I have never had any problems with this vehicle. It has been a great ride. So, please spare me any negative comments about Dodge's or Nitro's. I need to know some thoughts about what may be causing this. Thank you.

Well one you cant go from a neon clock to a t-rex. Hehe! ok well it all depends on what you budget is! If you want the type of look that says this is my man cave but kindof classy and cool then i would get something less umm big (t-rex) you could def do posters or lazyboy! but just no t-rex ok!
